If you are local to eastern Pennsylvania, come party with Bear Haven Boutique! We offer small parties in our store, but if you have a larger party, we can find a venue for you! We offer volume discounts on party kits. Our all-inclusive parties include games directed by a professional party planner, decorations, tableware, cake, and drinks. With the help of our party planners, you can be as involved as your schedule and budget allow, but there is no doubt that your child’s special day will make a memory to last a lifetime.

Our policies:

We ask for at least three week’s notice and a 50% deposit for parties in-store and that we plan.  The reason why is to make sure you get the date you want. We sometimes get requests for several months in advance. When planning a party to go, we also like to have a little notice in the event we need to order something for your special day.

We do have a hostess fee, but it is small. For local (meaning parties within 10 miles) the fee is $10.00. For parties 11-25 miles, it is $20. For parties within 26-40 miles, it is $25. For parties 41-60 miles, it is $35. For parties over 60 miles to 100 miles, it is $50.

Extras:

We offer cake, table service and drinks at the low cost of $5.00 per guest. Our cakes come from a professional local cake maker. It is not required to purchase but is available to make your life easier.

Our Plush Parties

Toy Story Stuffable Plush Party: Have fun with your kids doing a Toy Story inspired party with us!

*A party of 8 would include 2 Cowboy stuffable plush bear kits, 2 cowgirl stuffable bear kits, 2 astronaut stuffable bear kits, a large pig and a large dinosaur.

*Bears can be replaced with any other large stuffable animal. Other substitutions can be made upon request. Please schedule at least 3 weeks in advance.

Cost: $20 per child.

Googly Oogly Monster Party: Want to try something a little different? How about our new Monsters? Kids are sure to love these not so scary creatures! We have two different ones to choose from! Nelly Monster Bug who is sweet as can be or Hairy the Red Monster!

Please specify which monsters before party. Please schedule at least 3 weeks in advance.

Cost: 12.50 per child

Stuffable Doll Basic Party:

Our doll parties are fabulous for little girls and are great for sleepovers, birthday parties, or little girl tea parties. Our basic doll party kit includes 8 dolls and 8 outfits. You can choose which dolls from our stuffable doll category and have a choice between having a Poodle Pajama outfit or Brown Party dress for the doll’s outfit.

Please schedule at least 3 weeks in advance. Great for tea parties!

Cost: $20 per child

Stuffable Doll Deluxe Party:

Want to stuff a doll but don’t want the outfits in the basic package? No problem! We have a plan for you! The cost for each doll will be $8 per guest. You then can choose whatever outfits you want with a 20% discount from each outfit (minimum 4). Please schedule at least 3 weeks in advance. These are great for tea parties!

8 Inch Stuffable Animal Party:

Our 8 inch party includes the animal, stuffing, insert, backpack carrier, and birth certificate. We have a great selection of animals! Please schedule 3 weeks in advance!

Cost: $8.00 per child

8 Inch Stuffable Animal Party with Outfit:

Everything in the party above plus an outfit for each guest. Fun games are always included! Please let us know at least 3 weeks in advance!

Cost: $15 per child

Large Plush Party:

Our Large Plush party includes the animal, stuffing, insert, backpack carrier, and birth certificate. We have a great selection of animals! Please schedule 3 weeks in advance!

Cost: $12.50 per child
